Dr. Yaxi Zeng

After multiple visits and Dr Zeng being so nonchalant, I diagnosed my child and figured out what the problem was. She was so quick to run us off. If I didn’t think there was a problem I wouldn’t take the time just to come and see you. I know my child. I kept coming back for a reason. Thanks for nothing. Also, your office hours are horrible and it’s hard to get in contact with you.

I am extremely disappointed with the staff in her office, and it is always hard to reach to the doctor herself, the staff always said that will ask the doctor to call me back, but eventually I never received the call from her. Their staff work very inefficiently and it just takes forever for them to process your request, when you ask them about the status, they are so rude and don't respect the patients or parents, and it seems they don't put the child's health at the priority at all, they didn't fax my child's medical records to the new doctor's office even though the medical request form has been faxed to them long time ago, and this make my child couldn't receive the new vaccine which he is supposed to receive just because their inefficient working, I called them many times, their attitude were rude and never fix the problem, when I called the first time, their attitude was like, who knows, they haven't started worked on that yet, just asked me to wait, and the second time I… called, they said they didn't receive it, I said the new doctor's office has the proof showing they do receive the request successfully, and when I called the third time, someone said, oh, you should ask the new doctor's office to fax the request again, that may help speed the process, every time I heard something different, I even don't know who should I trust, in the meanwhile, my son, 2-year old boy still has to wait and couldn't receive the treatment care which he is supposed to get just because of the missing medical records. This is ridiculous. I couldn't image this kind of thing will happen in US, a 2-year old child can't get the vaccine which he is supposed to get just because it takes forever for Dr.Zeng's office to fax the medical records to the new doctor 's office.

let's just say my 2yr child almost went to the NICU for a pneumonia that she only prescribed robitussin, and had to argue my way for my child to get proper treatments only to be given a prescription for cough. they do not really have deep connections with patients and are impatient to hear the concerns of the parents. glad i left and i know others who left also. Now my child and my friend's child is safe and healthy i thank God for the wisdom to leave such a pediatric clinic.goodluck!!! my rating is a 1 star i wish it could be -1.

Love this place becuse they were very careful with my daughter and the nurse that gave my baby her shots was very quick. I loved that. They did not traumatize my baby by getting shots ready in front of them or putting shots very slowly. I do not like my baby hurting for nothing. So I recommend this place for everyone.

I would definitely refer Dr. Zeng to family and friends very professional and takes the time to answer all my questions and takes the time to view my little ones. Never have to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room very courteous staff and appts are done quickly.

Dr. Zeng is an amazing physician! She is so patient and actually listens to your questions and gives answers you actually understand. Her staff is amazing as well. I would recommend her to anyone!

I did not really like that the doctor was in and out, she did not even took the time to ask about her eating habits. I was really happy with my kids previous pediatricians the only reason I left is because doctor left the clinic. Heather C Moore was an excellent doctor she really did look into he patients well being. Opposed to here there is no look into the patients life. i think I will change again
