Dr. Yee Yee Thein, MD

She is in fact practice for many years yet she is not really qualified as a psychiatrist as she's limited in knowledge and does not have good traits as a doctor at all! She does not listen, does not respect a patient and so much more. Do not trust her.

She has changed my life in so many healthy ways.

Always voicemail, and no return phone calls. Ignored phone calls. Pretty sad, for a mental health facility. Depressive office atmosphere. Found a new doctor.

Berated me for having trouble expressing and verbalizing emotion (I am on the spectrum and she knows this), accused me of drug seeking when i mentioned wanting an adhd evaluation at the building, had an aggressive and hostile tone throughout the entire appointment, made me have flashbacks then breakdown in my therapists office after the appointment was done. She doesn't care about her patients' wellbeing, she is a bully. should absolutely be investigated for medical malpractice

Spend typically 5 minutes during appointments. Very apathetic, prescribes you a med and you’re out of there immediately. Unprofessional

Listen to the reviews this doctor is HORRIBLE. She is he worst psychiatrist I have ever had in my life I have a long history with psychiatrists this is the worst one I’ve ever had. She also needs to be investigated for malpractice she does not care about her job as a psychiatrist. She would rather pick you apart for having a problem then actually helping you. Do not see this doctor what ever you do and don’t bring your children here.

Dr. Thein completely ignored the concerns I brought to her attention, including the symptoms I listed. She refused to believe that I could benefit from medication, even though I have in the past. It was the poorest interaction I have ever had with a mental health professional.

I've been a patient for 9 months and haven't been happier. She's definitely one to see if you are serious about getting better, want to hear the facts and see a Dr who runs on time. She knows if you're there just to seek a drug prescription, don't go in asking for Xanax if you want real help. If you need to ramble on about your problems just to have someone half listen, nod their head and agree then go elsewhere. Dr Thein takes her job & patients very seriously. Remember MD psychiatrists are not counselors /therapists, some people need to see both.

She doesn't listen & has very little knowledge on medications. Doesn't care how nhtterrible you feel. I felt worse after going to her!

I went to visit Dr Yee for a Psiquiatric consultation due to my ex husband telling me that I was crazy!! . He was using legal abuse by Texas law family.
