Dr. Yelena Tsyba, DO

I am always nervous at doctors' appointments, not the kind of experience anyone is looking forward to, however, doctor Tsyba and the great staff at the office did their best to provide outmost caring and professional services. Nobody was rushing so I was able to ask all the questions and address my concerns properly. The office is equipped with all the necessary medical equipment, so that I didn't need to go elsewhere to get all procedures done. Greatly appreciate the treatment of patients in such a kind way!

This doctor comes off cold, she does not bother answering questions. I'm in my thirties, I have no children. I told the doctor I want kids, I'm having irregular periods and cramping. I was her patient for two years, she never advised me, prescribed me anything and never followed up with referring me to a fertility specialist. I ended up finding a specialist on my own and was diagnosed with PCOS.

The exam rooms, bathroom and waiting area are all very, very dirty. The receptionist only asked my insurance if they cover sonograms and maybe that's because that's where they get most of their money. A week later I was told on the phone I would have to come back to the office for a "consult" to get the results of my tests. I told the receptionist I can't take off to come in for the results and the receptionist said "that's your problem". They didn't want to tell me the results on the phone or the name of the antibiotic that was prescribed or send me my lab results. They later told me they could fax my lab results to me but they haven't faxed the results yet. The doctor also prescribed me an antibiotic that is $100 and not covered by my insurance. I called my pharmacy and the pharmacist told me that she had asked the doctor to prescribe a medicine covered by my insurance and the doctor supposedly said "that's not my problem". I feel so powerless with this office. Definitely have to… find a different doctor, probably will go to an MD next time.

Do yourself a favor and do not come any closer to this woman ( I can not even call her a doctor). Especially if you are pregnant , as I was . He is SUPER unprofessional, has no ethics what so ever . She has no idea how to talk to the patience, especially on the sencitive subjects. I could loos my baby by the way she presented me the test results... Thank God I met a very good doctor after her. She is horrible , so all of the staff. Ladies, stay away from this horrible place.

Did not know the answers to my questions about my condition and the medication she was prescribing. She was clearly annoyed that I was even asking questions to begin with. Visibly and audibly judged my sexual conduct.

Abrupt bedside manner. Discourteous on repeated questioning. Would definitely not recommend.

I read reviews about Dr Tsyba on this site and was shocked. It seems that this site intentionally collects negative reviews only. I have totally opposite experience with Dr Tsyba. She is dedicated, thoughtful and caring physician. Don't use this site, I think it's fishy.

Just a horrible doctor! Cant even call her a doctor...did nothing for the money i paid... $200 was wasted. Her assistants are the meanest people I've ever met, so is the "doctor". I came there with a gynecology problem and I left that place with the same dilemma plus crying after how they treated me. Nasty people, really unprofessional...

First of all the office is disgustingly dirty. Bathroom is ridiculously unclean. Cabinets were covered in weird stains and the lamp she uses to look â??down thereâ?? has like an inch thick layer of dust. Anti-sanitary conditions, to say the very least. Then letâ??s not leave the rudeness out. Her assistants are extremely rude and unbiased and careless towards patientâ??s needs and requests. I understand I was the last patient of the day, but when I asked to give blood to get tested for hormones after I already saw the doctor, I was told to â??calm down and get out alreadyâ??. Meanwhile I just paid $200 out of pocket for literally three minutes of doctorâ??s time. She had no interest in helping and was more concerned about getting paid. When I had questions and wanted to voice my concerns from previous testing, the doctor told me to speak to her assistant, who I might add is NOT her assistant and just a receptionist without any kind of a degree or experience in this field what so… ever. Her discussion with me was yet again about how much my next visit will cost, when I come back again for the results. When I came back, it turned out that they tested me for a bunch of STDs, which I didnâ??t ask to get tested for and the doctor refused to even speak to me, demanding I pay upfront yet again. Overall, this was a ridiculous, disturbing and outrageous experience. A person like Yelena Tsyba should NOT even dare to call herself a doctor.

During my first pregnancy I was desperate to find a doctor that was associated with the hospital I wanted to give birth in. I settled on her. Like other's stated, she was a very nonchalant attitude towards most things. This is not the doctor for first-time moms who know close to nothing about being pregnant. If you do not ask, she will not inform. During my third trimester, my boyfriend asked her what the procedure was when my water broke (How do we contact you, etc) this was the point when she chose to tell us she MAY NOT BE THE DOCTOR TO DELIVER OUR CHILD, her male partner who we never met and never examined me in the whole 7 months, could possibly be the doctor to deliver my child. Because as she put it, I may go into labor on my day off. Any mother knows, choosing your doctor is part of your birth plan. This is the person you are choosing to walk you through this experience. She then directed me to schedule an appointment to meet him, which I did and as you expect from a man who… never had a vagina, when he examined me it was painful. Long story short, the day I went into labor was her day off and the doctor I met once was there. I can go on in further details about other ways I was left disappointed but it will turn into a essay, needless to say, if I ever get pregnant again I will be looking for a new gyno. One who will actually be there in the end!
