I wouldn’t recommend this Doctor if she was the last doctor On earth! Customer Service is very poor. Calls are not answered and hardly returned! After getting labs done no follow up appointment is made. I got so many tests done, was diagnosed with early arthritis and the Doctor was supposed to put me on medication to Prevent rheumatoid arthritis but she didn’t do anything. My condition has gotten worst ! I consider this to be malpractice and will be contacting my lawyer to file a suit!

Ever since Dr. Rodriguez opened up her own practice her customer service has hit rock bottom. Phone calls go unanswered, follow-ups are none existence. And staff have no clue on customer service. Dr. Rodriguez went from being a 5 star provider to 1 star after only 1 year.

I followed Dr. Rodriguez Navedo after she left her previous location and ever since her stay are incompetent. I have been without medication now for 1month. She asked me to get labs drawn and she would refill my RX. It has now been 2 weeks and have not heard of my results or an RX refilled. Called several times no answer and no returned phone calls. This is absolutely the worst service and medical care I have ever encountered.

Dr Rodriguez Navarro is the best. I suffered with multiple conditions, couldn't get a confirmed diagnosis. Within a short period of time I had a diagnosis and referral to a neurologist. With now two major diagnosis I have my condition under control. It only took 15+ yrs to find out my conditions! I had her when she was at a different practice and considering driving the distance to see her again. She is worth the drive. The other reviews are right on target.

Dr. Navedo is such a wonderful Dr. and is so thorough. She make sure that you understand what is going on with you before you leave her office Please don't be afraid to try her she is the best !

Review for CENTRAL FLORIDA RHEUMATOLOGY CARE When Dr. Yerania Rodriguez Navedo walks into room she becomes focused on you and your problem and treats you like a friend. She is very honest and treats you with all the respect that you deserve. If your issue takes 10 minutes or 30 minutes you have her total attention. When you leave the office you will have a true & complete diagnosis. I drive for 45 miles on I-4 just so I can continue to see her. I was a patient of her's at her previous office on Lakeland Hills Blvd. and I wanted to still be under her professional care. You can't go wrong with Dr. Rodriguez-Navedo, she is well worth the .

Dr. Navedo has change my life! She listens!!! She doesn’t just prescribe medications to cover symptoms up, she works with you, tries new medications, therapies and gets it right! There are so many choices for doctors, drugs and different philosophies on how to take care of progressing and debilitating diseases. It was incredibly refreshing to have someone intentionally on my side finding the right combinations to really help me function daily and truly improve. I will never be “normal” again, but to be able to deal with and function in life is wonderful compared to my former alternative!!

I have multiple chronic autoimmune health complexities from Systemic Lupus, Wegeners Granulamatosis and other AI comorbidities.. I have been her patient for over 2 years and she has been literally the only rheumatologist who sits down does a extremely thorough physical exam, goes over each individual lab results she runs with you and asks about your systems and makes necessary medication adjustments.. I have been to several rheumatology drs and left the office crying because they just dismissed me and im sure many can relate... I am sad she will be leaving the area and Watson Clinic and now Many, Many patients will need to find a new provider... Thank you Dr. For your amazing, outstanding BEDSIDE mannor and not just treating your patients like a number on a chart...
