DR.KIM made no attempt to consider any of the issues brought up, Very awkward lack of eye contact , she would state at the floor,made me so uncomfortablefor the couple of years i was at her office, Healthcare providers communicates and attends to patients through words, tone, body language, empathy, and overall attitude it can profoundly help the patient’s experience, she food none of that, i felt judged i told her how i was feeling and she ignored and didnt take in any consideration for my feelings, she kept looking at the floor and kept repeating "ooookayyyyy" in such an unprofessional manner! No one should make you feel like this and when you talk to people, you look at them in the eye to make sure that you are both on the same page!

/ I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Yihwa Kim. From the moment I walked in, her demeanor was cold and unwelcoming—no smile, no greeting, no handshake. When I stood up, she didn’t even acknowledge me or invite me to sit down. Her responses to my questions felt dismissive and uninterested, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable and confusing.

Doctor refuses to prescribe a medication that I have been taking successfully for 17 years and referred me to a Psychiatrist. She didn't hear that I saw a Psychiatrist for a number of years and was got to the point where I was making no progress.
