Dr. Yi Zheng, MD

Courteous and efficient reception, My appointment was for evaluation on digestive issues. Her medical assistant was very thorough with intake information from me, Dr Zheng suggested a dietary change for a month to evaluate possible irritants, and further follow up thereafter. I have been a patient for several years, including a colonoscopy with excellent care Dr Zheng is very experienced with a kind efficient manner. I certainly recommend her care.

The schedule experience was very bad. And they will charge copay even with a follow up result call which I ever have with other doctors.

Sat in the surgery center in Concord for over 2 hours passed my appointment time and when I asked the check in desk they said it would be more than 2 more hours before I would be called in for my procedure. Called doctors office and they said she was running late. So I canceled my procedure and left after 2.4 hours and left. Her office should have called and advised of the running late and offered an option to reschedule or cancel my appointment. The staff at her office was quite indifferent and that's the way it is. If I had stayed based off information given to me I would have not gotten out of there until around 4 in the afternoon. I will need be a patient of this doctor

Everyone is really nice and they listened which amazingly is hard to find in doctors. I would of give. A 5 star if they had a patient portal we’re I could see all the notes on what was said and discussed.

Both my husband and I have had several colonoscopies and one, soon to be two, endoscopies. Neither of us have ever had a complaint. Everytime has been a smooth operation beginning with the setting up the appointment, to the post consultation. We don't see how the service could be improved actually. We appreciate Dr. Yi Zheng very much and what her team has to offer. They're the best.

Efficient and timely communication kept me informed and on track of what to expect of colonoscopy and phone appointments. Dr. Zheng and the staff patient were patient and responsive to my queries. I feel confident under Dr. Zheng’s care.

Dr Zheng , MA was professional and proficient and explained everything that was going to happen.

I was terrified to have the procedure due to previous poor experience coming out of anesthesia in another GI office. Dr. Zheng and the entire staff treated me with respect and patience. No one yelled at me for being "slow to come out of anesthesia" (yes, that happened at another GI office) and they made sure I was steady and comfortable before they let me leave. The entire experience was as good as an endoscopy/colonoscopy experience could be (I have had a few)
