Dr. Ying Gu, MD

My experience with Dr. Gu was awful. She was rude, impatient, and dismissed us without even attempting to understand the patient’s condition, as if she already knew everything without speaking to us. When I tried to ask a nurse for help, Dr. Gu prevented communication and complained about us disturbing her. Dr. Gu also yelled at us saying that our disease is complicated and she can’t help us without even seeing the patient at all. She also complained about us walking around when we just went out one time to chat casually with the nurse. The front desk staff only cared about money, brushing off our concerns and telling us to be quiet. Instead of addressing our issues, they recommended a specialist, but I have no intention of following up with that. I will, however, be calling the specialist to share how terrible this clinic is! Worst doctor I’ve ever met in my entire life!!! Don’t ever think about going there. She doesn’t deserve a doctor’s title. She cruelly deprive of the patient’s… hope to get cured when she refuse to talk to the patient and can clearly see the patient is painful and family members are worried.

They just want money

She spends time with and is truly concerned with her patients. Dr. Gu is very helpful in explaining what is going on with you. You never feel rushed and she is also compassionate.

From the time I walked into the doctor’s office I was greeted with the beautiful smiles of her staff members. They were all very polite and very helpful. Dr. Gu Ying took time to listen to my health needs as well as took the time to answer the questions I had. This is the best experience I have had in a doctor's office.

She is a good doctor.
