My mother had treatment, he gave her wrong treatment rather than sending us to specialist. She had several issues with that eye and other complications too

We were asked to step out the office, because they wanted to close for lunch. It would be okay, if they spoke nicely and excused for this inconvenience; instead just saying, please step out because our lunch. They also said:”only new customers to step out”. To me; this office doesn’t need new customers. Our appointment is at 1:15pm; so we were arriving at 12:35pm; in order for us to fill out and complete new patient paperwork; but being kick out by ruthless and unprofessional receptionist. Second, the office never post or notify anyone about closing for lunch. Please be aware of this kind and selective customer services by this office.

Very knowable and professional. He did both my cataract surgeries. Had no problems after either surgery. He was referred to me by my Ophthalmologist. He is the best.

The person who answers the phone on Mondays in the Thousand Oaks office, "mary" is very rude and condescending. Dr. Garg stated that I needed surgery, but after getting a second opinion, I did NOT need surgery. I recommend to get a second opinion!!

Dr. Garg is an experienced, excellent opthalmolgist. I was referred to Dr. Garg by another doctor. I had an 'unknown'case. His diagnosis is very accurate and precise. He and his office staffs are gentle in handling anything that may touch my eyes. They are also very friendly and nice. I am 110% satisfied and feel blessed that we have such a good doctor to service us in our city.

I had bee very nervous about need surgery and went to see Dr. Garg. Once I met with him I knew he was the right Dr. for me. He was very infomative and his bedside manner is amazing. Also we are exrtemly happy with the outcome of the surgery. We will recomemd him to all of our friends...We love him, and he is the best!

Great and Caring staff! I have been seeing Dr. Garg for many years now. Sometimes wait times are slightly longer but I know my turn will get me a through check up. Dr. Garg was also very good in fitting my daughter with contact lenses and guided us through until she got used to them.
