A greater provider. Treated with her for nearly 20 years. I was sorry to leave the state and have to find a new provider. Hoping to get the exceptional care that Dr. Cheng provided in my new location.

Don’t waste your time with her. She won’t even listen to your medical issues or provide any sort of treatment for you. A waste of time and money.

Dr Yolanda Cheng not responding to my elderly Moms chief complaints over a 4 months period of time caused my Mom too have a very bad infection and end up in the hospital and she isn’t out of danger yet. It’s kinda scary considering thinking a person should trust her primary doctor.

She cant send a refferal until youve hassled her about it for the 15th time. She cant stay on top of authorizations she must provide quarterly for treatments. She refuses to send you to a specialist that you request. She will take a wild guess at what is ailing you and give you medicine that doesnt even help. It happened to me more than 4 times. Wanna leave a message for her? Hilarious and btw who do you think you are? After all you are just a patient and shes a big sucessful legend in her own mind doctor. Example i asked for a proctologist and she insisted on a dermotologist...who accomplished nothing. She let me go through severe withdrawals 3 times in 5 months because she couldnt even call in refills in a timely manner. When asked why she wasnt doing her job, she said she has 1000 patients She doesnt have time for all of them. Her greed is the most important thing in her life, not your medical care. Even the drs she works with or send you to are as useles.s as she is. If you choose… this doctor, you will be looking foranother one very soon. Shes really really bad with zero compassion and no bedside manner. 2nd worst dr ive ever had. Shed be the very worst if the worst one hadnt molested me. Shes that bad. Find a REAL doctor. This is no joke im serious. Shes completely and utterly useless and actually did far more harm than good in my case.

Always willing to test , exray etc. Does not let things go and say its stress like most doctors have!

If you are going for something simple you should be fine, but If you think you may have something serious go somewhere else, she tends to be dismissive and finds not reasonable explanations to symptoms.

Was seen for a horrible ear problem and was told to use drops that didn't work....and to keep my finger out of my ear" and don't worry so much"...yeah right! My ear ststarted flaking and cracking from inside! When I got my second opinion with a diffrent doctor they said good thing you got in here! This is a fungal infection out of controll!and I was diagnosed and then treated by my second opinion doctor as for ...Dr cheng misdiagnosed me and was RUDE!

Always professional & caring. Works with me & wants my opinion. Honest & not just looking to cover her self. But not reckless. Sutter North is great.

Dr. Cheng did not make me feel very comfortable at my appointment. I do not think my comfort level meant much to her as she persisted on talking down to me. I was going through a stressful period in my life and was having trouble sleeping. I then asked her if ambien would be right for me and she spoke to me in an accusitory tone as if i was a drug abuser. Judging by my records she should have known ive only been on an antiobiotic in my life. There was no reason to treat me with suspicion.
