Very Poor Service

She removed my daughters IUD and was behaving very unprofessional and shamed her for removing it. Dr. Yolanda Lagunas then asked her what she would be using as birth control, and stated "Condoms? Men don't like condoms" which is a completely disgusting thing to say to a young woman. An IUD does not protect you from STD's, in case you didn't know! It protects you from getting pregnant. I would never recommend her to anyone for making such misogynistic comments.

It's bad to get a call from an MA telling you what you need to get done instead of having a dr checking by themselves

Doctor Yolanda, made comments complaining about other pregnant patients weight gained. Her negative remarks are rude, it seems to bother her severely that “we eat for two”. She has not tact when communicating. Very dissapointed with the treatment and the length of time that it takes her to see a patient. I waited over two hours and the visit with her is less than 15 minutes.

If you're looking for a Dr that leaves you in the waiting room for hours, is rude to you and is in and out of the room w in 5 min this Dr For you!! She's very rude, she talks behind patients back to the staff. Like shes so perfect. But yet she aint she pays minimum to her employees (except her biller which she favors the most.) is rude to them and NEVER appreciates the hard work they do for her!! She never says thank you, throws papers at you and always has something to say about someone!! You can't even get a good morning from Her !! Her office manager is worst she yells at her staff w no dam shame in front of patients. She acts nice in front of you and talks smack as soon as you leave. She always thinks shes right even when shes wrong!! Rolls her eyes w moving her head. Worst manager ever i have never wrote a review but this office is horrible. Staff is hard works if in a bad mood is cause they get treated so badly!!

I had a bad experience at my appointment. I was there forever. Everybody that works there are not friendly and they make u feel they don't care. No one smile. The nurse didn't wash her hands when she check me and she walk out in the middle of a check up because she didn't have the tools she needed and she brought some other tools that were not in a bag, I'm just hoping that those tools were clean. I don't trust this clinic anymore. And I'm gonna check myself in another clinic for STD cause maybe they gave me something. The nurse partitionist doesn't know what she's doin. I will not go again to this clinic.

I am so glad I didn't let the negative reviews influence my decision in going with Dr Lagunas for my 2nd pregnancy. I was seen right away, staff was very nice to me, and Dr Lagunas was very informative and kind to me as well. She may seem stern, but I appreciated that. I want a doctor who will get to the point and let me know what is best for my baby and I. Dr Lagunas came highly recommended and I'm so glad I chose her to be my doctor!

Good dr but awful timing on appointments. I waited 2 hrs 1/2 n waiting area.

If misinformation, a rude doctor and extremely long wait times are what you are looking for then this is the provider for you. Two visits and these reviews are more than enough for me to NEVER allow this sad excuse for a doctor to touch me again. On my first visit she told me I more than likely had just a blighted ovary and that I was going to have a miscarriage. Even though my husband and I clearly saw a little something in the sack. She was very rude, didn't introduce herself and told me I had to stop breastfeeding my 11 month old immediately, or risk a miscarriage. Needless to say I walked out of the office crying feeling hopeless and guilty. But that is not all on my second visit, after waiting 4 hours... she tells me good news, finally. I am 8 weeks pregnant :D but... my pap came back and unfortunately I have Chlamydia. This destroyed my world. As I have not had any other partners other than my husband. She tells me there is only one way to get it and if it wasn't me then my… husband has been with somebody else. After much tension and arguments I got results from a different clinic that assured me that I do not have ANY STDs. This doctor caused me to have the longest, most stressful three weeks of my life. And apparently its nothing compared to what she has done to others. Absolutely unbelievable, doctors like this should not be in practice.
