Dr. Yong Ki Hong

Getting in took a few months but they finally got me in. It seemed every day I had a appointment they had to move to another day but finally I was seen. The 2 girls that handle the cleanings (Tiffany & April) were efficient. I needed to have a crown done and they worked me into the Dr chair and after 3 1/2 hours I was finally done. Dr Wedel and Letha work well together, she knew a lot about dentistry and knew what Dr wanted before she even asked. They even laughed about it. Up front those girls need help. Man they need to send Letha up there to teach them about what goes on, they had no clue what was going on. Not organized at all. The Angie or Amber girl comes across rude and you can tell to young to handle going over the different phases they do. The way she words things makes you feel uneasy. Going to think twice before going back. Maybe by my cleaning they will have different girls working up front.
