I have been a patient of Dr Chong’s for over seven years. He is very kind an very caring an most of all wise an intelligent. He is the best Dr. I have truly had the pleasure being his patient. I have had 2 brain an 1 back surgery among many other health issues an he has helped me in so many ways not just physically. He talks with you an figured out body mind an soul what is going on. So far so good.

On two different occasions I took paper work to Dr. Chong after having visits with him. He promised me he would do the paperwork and even type up a letter to send in for a medical leave and a career I have been in the application process for(both packets sat in his office for two weeks and he did not even fill them out completely as the instructions stated). He decided to keep the clinic open later to see more patients and did not do the paperwork he was suppose to for the date of pick up. He nearly cost me my job. I contacted his office six times and no one seemed to care abut delivering the message to him. I expect professionalism from my doctor. If he cared for for his patients needs and less about the money going into his pocket, he would be way more successful.

Dr. Chong is a rock star among General Practioners. His knowledge is top notch, but his dealings with people is what sets him apart. He took my father through his last four years of Parkinson's better than any neurologist in the area even came close to. The final stage was dealt with skill and sensitivity that still impresses me with I think of it. His staff are wonderful and absolutely love him. It is the best doctor's practice that I have ever been witness to. If you are lucky enough to become Dr. Chong's patient, count your blessings.
