She does not listen and difficult to work with. I got the impression that just does not care; and she has no respect for privacy, and will loudly discuss personal issues in the hallway (even after you asked her not to).

Dr. Kim doesn't take her job and responsibility seriously. If she did, she would know that for patients dealing with serious health issues, several days' of day can lead to psychological and emotional stress, not to mention cause additional delays in subsequent appointments and treatments. Though her staff answers calls and is relatively prompt, Dr. Kim herself is careless, slow to respond (if she ever does). I'm no medical expert but I would think that in cases where the patient needs treatment for a serious health issue, the doctor would be especially attentive. She is lazy and even condescending to patients. Instead of taking the time to listen, she talks over you. I hope someone brings these issues to her attention and Dr. Kim takes corrective steps to provide higher quality treatment to her patients.

I have not been terribly impressed. I get the impression that she doesn't have time to really talk with patients or listen to this issue. I asked to see a chiropractor but was told that I would need to try numerous other routes before a referral. The same thing happened when I injured my knee - it took over a month and several visits before being treated.
