Dr. Yu Liu, MD

I came to that office with extreme unbearable abdominal pain. Being a college student I have United HealthCare Student which is an insurance policy eligible to be checked with a simple phone call. Dr Liu refused to call my insurance and was insisting several times I pay her $86 copay or a lower front fee even after my insurance assured me twice I didn’t have to, and after I agreed to put my signature on file to pay for anything if my insurance back fired. She blatantly refused to call my insurance and stated to me that “ well there may be nothing I can do for you here anyway”. A licensed internal medicine doctor, said those to words to me. This is one of the most disrespectful and prejudiced experiences I have felt in my 20 years of life. Waste of time.

Dr. Liu is always accommodating when it comes to scheduling an appointment to suit my schedule. Her office is clean and quiet. She is very professional and thorough in her exams.
