Dr. Yulia Konstantinovna Koltzova-Rang, MD

I am 56 years older and my most wonderful doctor retired. I was given to Dr. Koltzova-rang. I have never had such issues for myself or my Dad who also transferred to her. We pay over $1800 annually to have her available, today on Easter I called her upset for the first time and she wound up yelling at me. She has no idea that my Dad has been moved into assisted living. She has no idea he had a feeding tube put in. She holds your medication hostage no refills so every month it’s an added pressure of making sure you don’t run on on a weekend as her office is closed Friday at noon. I am talking about medications I have been on for over 20 years. I am never going back to someone like this ever and will find a “good” doctor like I had before.

she shut down her practice in SF with no notification to me. had been a paitent for years. think twice if this is the type dr you want to start a relationship with.

Dr. Koltzova-Rang has been my parent's Primary Care Physician for years & has been a great doctor. Bummed that she stopped her practice in San Francisco & mom had to find a new Primary. BUT happy that my parent's received excellent care under her.

I first met with Dr. Koltzova-Rang when she was my mother's physician. After my doctor retired, I chose Dr. Koltzova-Rang to be my primary care physician. I feel that she is really listening to my concerns and when I have had to call her regarding a medical concern, she returns my call promptly. Whenever I speak to other medical providers, they are eager to sing her praises. I feel very comfortable with her and find her youth and attitude very refreshing. I have several friends who are her patients and we all feel the same way about her: very positive.
