Dr. Yulya Kutsman, DO

We have been Dr. Kutsman's patients for several years. I highly recommend her to all my friends.

Dr. Kutsman is my PCP. She recently referred me to a specialist for a diagnosis that I sought. I learned that the specialist visit would cost me $2500 out of pocket and would not result in a diagnosis. When I called Dr. Kutsman to ask what the next steps would be to get a diagnosis after this very expensive investigation, she said that she does know, that the investigation is often inconclusive, and that I probably don't have the condition anyway. I proceeded to seek a diagnosis from a less biased provider, and paid out of pocket for it, but Dr. Kutsman went ahead and billed me for our very brief and very unhelpful call as an office visit, so I got a bill for her "services" too. I will be seeking out a different PCP, and I strongly advise you think twice before seeking care from Dr. Kutsman.
