Dr. Yuri Jose Ramos, MD

Not a patient; A practitioner called Dr. Ramos answering service in which the first person to answer "Iris" and claimed "no last name" very rude in speaking and hung the phone up on this first call. Second call back, sent to voice answering until next available. Called immediately again to his service in which "Iris" stated, "hold on" and sent me (practitioner) to "Debbie" again no last name available they stated. Instructed to page doctor to gather information on his referral of patient. Was told by Debbie, "You just want to argue" when asked for managerial customer service following the aforementioned. Which Debbie then stated is "not in the office." Will call BBB regarding this awful customer service experienced.

This doctor has an office in Hialeah hospital and im very glad i went. He is very personable and his staff treated me amazing. The girl in the front dest (ivy) is a sweetheart. Im happy i found this doctor, and would deffinetly reccomend him to family and friends.
