I don’t like needles, he was patient, answer all my questions , professional. His receptionist is wonderful, friendly, and also studying to be a nurse.

I took my mother in as she was referred to Dr Yuriy from her primary doctor, and we needed to have an MRI done re her dementia. Making the appt was no problem. It numerous calls to get the test results and to get them to forward the results to her doctor. Again, I cannot reach the doctor regarding the medications he said he would prescribe to her based on those results. I call and get only voicemail, no humans and no returned calls. Is this because it's paid by medicare??? I just want to take care of my mom, but it doesn't seem like they care well for their patients. We have one more appointment set and I guess that's only way we can talk to the doctor. I've always had wonderful responsive doctors on my own, so it saddens me that I must go through this while trying to care for my mother.... :(

Strange, painful "treatment", after a long wait, very suspicious, not at all effective, I wish, I had never visited this "practice".
