Local Guide·7 reviews·1 photo just nowNEW I was misdiagnosed for many years by Dr. Jimenez. She diagnosed me with a chronic issue but never looked into why I was dealing with this issue. Instead she stated that I was dealing with this issue because of a family history....I was being seen by her from my late teens to mid 20s. Instead of ordering test, she just pushed medication after medication. I even asked her if I had another issue that I read about online that I was displaying symptoms off. She disregarded it and stated that I have this issue because it runs in my family, and joked about having to treat me like her geriatric patients. Well I suffered GREATLY from this, and my child did also. Thank God I got the care I deserved and I am very happy to not be dealing with this issue anymore. Oh and the issue I asked her about is exactly what I had. (Thank to the docs at Rush). She is a very nice doctor and I looked up to her in many ways but sadly she did not do all that she… could to properly diagnose me. Please don't go with nice or pleasant when it come to your health.

My experience was terrible. I was spoken to in the most disrespectful & unprofessional manner. I believe the doctor assumed I was on public assistance because of my attire. Yet, I am not as I happened to be dressed down that day because it was my day off. I was yelled at & insulted verbally! This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life!

Caring and patient O feel that she is concerned about me.

After being a patient for Dr. Jimenez for years I am done. She doesn't care and that could be attributed to burn out, but I am came to her for help. I was tearful while expressing the reason for my visit and it was apparent that I was bothering her. I intend to dispute the $200.00 plus charge I anticipate for my 10 minute visit and will seek care elsewhere.

I saw Dr Jimenez yesterday. I had to admit that I’d done something wrong regarding medication even though it could have gone very bad for me. Dr Jimenez was very understanding. She didn’t scold me, etc. I feel very lucky to have her as my doctor.

I will never see this doctor again. She has a horrible attitude. Never ever ask her a question because she really cop an attitude.

She was very rude, condescending, and dismissive and I will never see her again. I was so upset that I was in tears when I left her office. She did not want to listen to anything I had to say about my health and told me that she did not have time to explain my medical issues. Seriously? She was very combative and practically rushing me out of the room when there were no other patients waiting for her. I felt like she didn't care about my health or my opinions.

I am so happy to have had my health monitored and treated by Dr. Jimenez for more than ten years. She is caring and she listens to me and is very responsive to my concerns. Her treatment of me has been excellent, and my health has benefited greatly. I love her as my doctor.

Dr. Jimenez has great bedside manners,she just needs to adjust her schedule around her patients that has full-time jobs. She doesn't have regular office hours and no late nights. It takes months to see her. I made an appointment and twice it was cancelled. She is a great doctor, I just feel that she has too many patients and cannot attend to the minor needs that I have. I will be searching for a new physician.

Dr. Jimenez, is a very nice person. Her bedside manners are awesome. She has helped me since 2009 with a very bad infection where as no one else even tried to figure out what was going on. Now I see her once a year for my yearly exams.
