Dr. Zachary Martin Gertz, MD

He prescribed me high bp meds. 4 years later when my symptoms returned, he became indignant. He said he already told me 4 years ago I was fine. He belittled me as to make me feel like a hypochondriac. He rolled his eyes and asked me if I thought I needed a stress test. I replied that I was not the doctor. His tune changed. Even the person who recommended him told him to be nice. At the first visit he sarcastically quipped, “Was I nice enough for you?” If don’t want heartache with your heart trouble, avoid this pompous @ss at all costs. Plenty of cardiologists was in Richmond to deal with him.

He is rude. Very unprofessional. He has zero for bedside manner. Does not care how he treats or speaks to a patient. My surgical experience was the worst anyone can imagine. I would not recommend him to anyone ever

I was there for a Procedure which Dr.Gerth was supposed to perform. I was told that if he is busy another doctor will do the procedure. When I asked, Staff told me that just incase only. When the procedure took place, a new MBBS doctor did the procedure and did not bother to explain me. When I asked about not briefing then Mr.Gerth vaguely explained things. I felt betrayed and did not expect from this Doctor
