Dr. Zachary George Klett, MD

Dr Klett treated me for dry eyes. I felt almost immediate relief when Dr. Klett inserted punctual plugs into my eyes. My eyes haven’t felt this comfortable in years.

Dr. Klett was called in to treat an eye injury I suffered while hiking in Acadia. Every aspect of his approach to my care was remarkable, explaining all the details along the way in an understandable manner, and then performing surgery to remove a foreign object (several centimeter piece of wood) from behind my eyeball without any loss of vision or lasting damage. Cannot extend my thanks and accolades enough!

Dr. Klett has done eyelid surgery on me and also some other eye procedures and I am very happy with the results. Dr. Klett is very friendly, kind and he made me feel comfortable. We have needed a Dr. like him in Bangor for a long time and I hope he plans on staying! His staff is very pleasant and helpful. I give them all an A+++

AS a person whose vision was becoming more and more compromised by a "lowering" eyelid, Dr Klett's intervention was profoundly effective in improving my condition. The professionalism of his office (one and all) and the excellent care taken in addressing my situation was "above and beyond" my expectations in every way. Certainly Dr Klett is an experienced, skilled and careful surgeon but beyond that was the fact all interactions were timely, helpful and all my thoughts and questions were expertly and completely addressed made this "medical adventure" extremely positive.

I needed to go to Dr. Klett for enucleation surgery for one of my eyes. Dr. Klett was very professional and showed compassion for my situation. When we had the surgery he did a excellent job making sure I was aware of what was going to happen, and put my mind to ease about the surgery and the recovery process, as I was worried about going back to work quickly. Dr. Klett also did research on the best ocularist, as I am fairly young for this to be happing to me and stated that he wanted to refer me to the "best'.

I am so happy with the way my eyes look today. I can actually see the correct color of my eyes. I would recommend Dr. Klett to everyone.. If my eyes start getting bags under the eyes I will have that done also.

I was referred to Dr Klett by two physicians. Both physicians stated to me they wouldn't send me to any other physician. Scheduling an appointment was easy, however, I did not expect to have to wait approximately one month for it. After I finished with my visit, I now know why I waited a month. Dr Klett and his fun, but extremely knowledgable staff are wonderful. I was hesitant about the thought of having surgery on my eyes at first. By the time I finished with speaking to the staff, I couldn't wait to do it. It's been three months since the procedure and I look great!!!! I have referred several coworkers, friends and family.
