I came to the emergency room in an ambulance in agony pain because I was on a trip and on 1/16/24 I fell and slipped on the floor by a pool in Costa Rica on a trip. I was in so much pain. I had went to the urgent care there and the xrays don't show anything. I continued to be in a wheelchair for the rest of the 8 day trip but was in agony and even prescription morphine wasn't helping. When I got home on Friday the 26th of January I called an ambulance because I couldn't handle the pain any longer. They took me to West Hills hospital emergency room. I sat there in pain for over an hour. My 40 year old daughter was with me the whole time. She constantly told them I was in a lot of pain and shaking and all they did was give 2 pills like Tylenol for the pain, they took an mri of my moms ribs which wasn't the issue so not sure why they did that. The doctor who I am complaining about came in and said wants the problem? I said she's in a lot of pain with her leg. He said okay what do you want… to do? should we send you to physical therapy? he was so disgustingly rude and shrugged off her pain as if it is nothing. Then before even doing an MRI to find out what was wrong with her, he lifted up her leg up and down and she was screaming from pain. He didn't care and proceeded to do it and she was crying saying please no stop why are you doing this? and he disgusting answered, you came to get checked didn't you? so that's what I am doing. I have to check your leg. No bed side manners, so rude. I was crying from the pain and he left the room. I then had an mri and in the mri they saw that my hip was broken. The doctor came in after and said oh your hip was broken like it wasn't a big deal and said, oh you went like this for 8 days? I don't know how you did that. He changed his demeanor. He realized that what he did was wrong. Not sure if he did more damage to my hip by picking up my leg and moving it like that. He was so rude and such horrible bed manners. Obvious he hates his job. This doctor shouldn't have a license. That was complete negligence. He should have done the mri first. He failed to care how bad the pain was and how I couldn't move my leg and forced me. On top of that, the most careless doctor I’ve ever met. Disgusting behavior

I went into the ER complaining about chest pain and having the shakes. I let everyone know that I had severe anxiety, and am aware that my chest pain could be the result. However, I still wanted to make sure everything was ok. He came in and was very condescending and dismissive about my symptoms. I know being young doesn't really go with heart problems but it can still happen. He told me it wasn't necessary to do any exams as it sounded like it was just anxiety. I told him I still wanted to be sure. He then disappeared and after a few hours let me know there are a few abnormalities in my EKG but nothing to worry about but to still see my primary doctor about it. I understand Dr's are busy and stressed however I am not responsible for how others treat you. I give respect and am treated with contempt. NOT cool. I felt so dismissed and unimportant. And I still have chest pain, fatigue and abdominal pain... Thanks Doc

I wish I could give him zero star! He is the worst doctor that I have ever met in my life. I always write reviews for doctors that I like. But this doctor is so unprofessional that I decided to spend some time and share my experience with everyone. I hope the West Hills Hospital team sees my review here. I went to the West Hills hospital because of a severe headache and heavy bleeding. Unfortunately, he was assigned to me. He asked me what my problem is. As soon as I responded, I have heavy bleeding he panicked! He didn't even want to be close to me! That was so weird! He kept repeating what's your problem? Why are you here? Why didn't you go to your primary/specialist instead of coming here? I think as an ER doctor you should be able to manage your feelings very well, he was the exact opposite! After being at the hospital for hours, he gave me a prescription and send me home. This is what I think about him: He is rude, impatient with his patient, and does not act/speak… professionally. He just wanted to get rid of me and see as many patients as possible!

Awful bedside manner, awful treatment.
