Dr.Shepherd is the BEST. He is very professional, he listens and he genuinely CARES about his patients. I found that out first hand during all my appointments with him over the past several years. He truly is a Baystate BEST. Hope he never changes his great bed-side manner.

We use an interpreter normally and I feel that this makes the appointment very long and in the end I have the feeling that the doctor has to run away because we have lasted longer than he expected. It's not the only complaint.

Dr. Schepart and his nursing staff are the best ever. As a matter of fact when my husbands doctor retires he is so impressed with my care with Dr. Schepart that he is going to make the move to him.

This visit was non scheduled.the staff fit me into a busy day with a new doctor (my PCP was on vacation) and I was treated efficiently, effectively, courteously by an excellent physician. This is a great office and staff!
