Dr. Zaigham Ashraf Butt, MD

Horrible experience after this doctor raised his rates OVER 50% without any notice. I was shocked and teary on the phone and was told they would reduce payment to $100 for my visit, but once there the manager (drs wife) had a receptionist meet me in the parking lot to tell me the $100 fee would not be honored bc I said I would not be returning. I went in anyway, where wife/manager talked to me disrespectfully, and with a harsh tone- NO kindness in her face or voice. She argued with her employees in front of me- telling them their fault and that they had made these mistakes before. She refuse to work with me financially, told me to leave office with no appointment. I refused and sat and waited, asking 3 x to see the doctor alone (kind man, knew me for almost 10 years- thought he would understand). He refused to see me- hid in his office. I walked away with a prescription after he hasn’t seen me in 1.5 years …

The Office staff are ghetto low class they do not have it together at all. I had a staff member call me telling me the dr said for me to go to the emergency room. without a reason When I demanded to speak to the doctor I not only was refused but the staff member went and told the doctor a absolutely insane lie about me. I finally got ahold of dr butt and he said he would have a talk with the staff member. Smh shame on this office to allow such a disgusting human being continue working after what lies she said about me your now ex-patient dr butt.

Dr. Butt is really wonderful, caring and understanding. The staff has always been less then desirable. From the office manager (rude, unprofessional), nurse (scattered, disorganized and no beside manner) to receptionist (scattered, unmotivated _ stated she didn't want to be there, doesn't put patient needs first). They have one receptionist that gives her all but you can see she is trying to do everything for everyone and it always seems the good ones move on. As they should, they are taken advantage of. All of the dysfunction and stress trickles down from the Office manager throughout the office.
