DO NOT GO HERE OR YOULL BE VERY SORRY AND PAYING FOR IT FOR YEARS!!!! I went here 2 times and at first it seemed ok. Each time I left I paid my balance in full. After about 6 months I started getting bills in the mail saying I stilled owed them the same amounts I paid(I have bank statements to prove it) for 1 full year I called the office to get it handled. The first phone call the lady at the time said that she saw I paid and that there system is sometimes slow on catching up and to ignore it and that all was OK. So thinking it was all handled I was wrong. I got another bill in the month so I waited and after the 3rd month still getting them I called again. Took me 4 days to finally get someone to either answer the phone. Each call I left a voice mail to call back. Didn't get a call. She said she would tell Dr. Shabazz and they would get it fixed. It didn't get fixed so I called and demanded to speak with Mr. Shabazz and after 10 minutes of getting the run around I left my name and… contact number for him to call me personally as the ladies at the desk didn't know what they were doing. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK AFTER A YEAR. Still I got bills and so I decided to email him(twice) explaining the situation. He never emailed me back or called me. So here we are 2 years later and no calls or emails back from this crook. I noticed that my insurance had been run and come to find out it was him and his office running my insurance for payment. The insurance paid him a few hundred dollars and said I still owed him money. So not only did he get my money right after each visit he never returned any calls or emails, and committed insurance fraud. This guy is a scam artist and doesn't care about you as a patient or as an individual. Im calling the insurance company first thing in the morning as well as my family lawyer. I hope what he and his family and staff gets what's coming to them 10 fold.
