Dr. Zane Stephen Gooding, DO

I was not pleased seeing this resident I felt like I was being questioned and talked to like a teenager. I do not feel like Mr. Gooding really listened to me, instead of accepting my feelings about issues I am currently going through he suggested I had sensitivity from a concussion I suffered in an accident years ago. No Neurosurgeon, family Dr., psychiatrist, or therapist has ever suggested this or made it seem as if the problem was me instead of a real feeling I was having. If he thought that might have been something of importance it could have been suggested a different manner. I never had a psychiatrist or therapist interrogate me the way he did. I hope he learns to consider the patient before suggesting things by the book. Maybe put himself in the patients shoes instead of automatically assuming because someone is going through an issue and happens to cry during the apt that they are "more sensitive" because of a concussion several years ago. I am sure he is a nice man, but… patients want someone to understand them and not feel uncomfortable.
