Dr. Zavier Carvel Ash, MD

Dr. Ash is the most caring and concerned physician that I have ever had in my life especially as your body changes after 50. He is detailed and patient and careful in assessing all your health issues after getting the results from blood work and tests in and wants the best quality of life for you. Try him he's the best

Dr. Ash was my childhood doctor from the time I was about two years old. My mother made sure that wherever, he went to practice, we were right behind him. We trusted no one else. I suffered from chronic asthma as a little girl and he made sure we felt comfortable with him. Even giving us permission to call him at 3am no matter what. What I appreciate the most till this day is the fact that he took the time out to make sure we understood what this really was and different ways to really handle it. It has been years since I have last seen him but Dr. Ash will always be a part of my heart. He's probably the reason why my dream is to become a doctor.

The doctor wasn't in the office. I was seen by a physician assistant suppositly. I spend over 2 hours in the room before I was seen and the place smelled like urine

Ive been to a lot of Doctors since my stomache cancer diagnosis. I was referred to Dr. Ash. I do admit there is a little wait. But good things come to patient people. Dr. Ash told me about his recent hospitalization and trials. He also made me laugh by saying "he doesn't have a Russing passport.I suggest that anyone who wants a HEALER?DOCTOR EXTENDED FAMILY go experience ur self.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ash for several years. During this time I have loved having him as my doctor. He addresses my concerns and medical needs, answers my questions etc. Sadly things have changed a lot in the last 9 months or so and I'm going to be moving to another doctor. There has been some new staff that haven't been as friendly. Instead of focusing on quality time w/ patients and reasonable wait times, the office seems focused on how many patients they can fit into one day ($$$). Often they call me or my family back to take our blood pressure/weight and then send us back to wait 10-30 minutes for a room to open. The wait times have just gotten TOO LONG. I usually wait 30-40 minutes for a room and then another 30 before the doctor comes in. In the last 9 months (or so) my family and I have averaged 2 hours for check-ups and my when I took my niece for a new patient apt it took 3 hours!!! She doesn't even have any problems! I love doctor ash, but the practice isn't what it… used to be and the wait times keep getting worse and worse among other things. Sadly I am looking for a new doctor now...

Dr. Ash is GREAT and so is his staff!!

I met Dr. Ash at another practice and when he left to start his own practice, I followed him! He has been my family doctor for years! He is a great doctor and he really cares about his patients.

Very long wait with or without an appointment. Dont call the office to request a prescriotion refill... you dont receive a call back even after leaving voice mail messages for the person designated to handle prescription refills. She is rude, nasty and not helpful at all. Overall the staff is friendly and treat the patients with respect. Dr. Ash is caring and a very good doctor. He take time with his patients and he does listen. Follow up care is basically left to the patient.
