Dr. Zena Taraporewalla

Dr Terapolewalla now works for UCI Health. I told her office this was my first primary care appt in over a year and I just wanted her to take over my hormones. I thought this meant I am telling them this is my annual visit. She did me wrong by coding it as a regular office visit. During that visit they did my vitals, she asked abt my medical history, medications, did a physical, and referred me to do a mamo and colonoscopy. She did everything they do for an annual preventative care appt. Then she reiterated what my past doctors told me for my past issues. Well to find out because she took credit for my other doctors recommendations and put it in her notes. She makes money for that. She asked abt my surgical history. I had hip surgery over 20 years ago. She has the nerve to mark that as something I asked her opinion abt. My insurance said call her and ask her to amend the notes and rebill so they will take care of it 100 percent. I asked her billing dept. they refused because of… her notes. I asked her to fix her notes and rebill. She refused. Just for her to take over my meds and for my labs to be done I am getting billed over $800. Highway robbery
