During my husband’s time under this physician’s care, his disease progressed on two separate occasions. Yet in both instances, we were informed of the progression not by his treating doctor, but by outside physicians. This occurred despite our commitment to attending every scheduled appointment and asking every question we could think of. When his symptoms began worsening the second time, we diligently reported each new development to this doctor but were met with vague and dismissive responses as the disease continued to progress. Throughout this experience, my husband was not treated as an individual with a complex, evolving condition. Instead, he was made to feel like just another case file rather than a person in need of thoughtful, personalized care.

Ignored Joe’s scans, leading to critical condition. His negligence caused needless suffering. UCLA hides reviews, but others deserve to know. Avoid.

Do Not Use. Felt like an experiment rather than a patient. Ignored symptoms and scans until we ended up in the hospital, and then his 'treatment' landed us in the ICU. Now my brother may never fully recover when had this doctor been proactive months ago when the symptoms first started I'd be writing a whole different type of review.

Dr Wainberg helped my father with his colorectal cancer for about 8 years. My father unfortunately lost his battle but Wainberg was amazing in every aspect. We could always count on him any time of day. He helped my father with everything even checking on other Drs treating my dad and helping us deal with small details like home nurses. Recently my mom had a cancer scare and he went out of his way to help us again even though he wasnt covered by her insurance. My family feels so fortunate to have met him, he deserves all the praise in the world!

No excuse for the arrogance of dr Wainberg ! He tries to intimidate his patients when you ask a question. I live in Central Valley & farm he acted like being from Fresno county was discussing! Quess what wainBerg your food doesn’t just grow in the grocery store

Wonderful physician and overall human. It is obvious how much he cares about his patients and will go the extra mile to make sure things are done efficiently.

This doctor treated my husband who unfortunately passed away a few months ago. This is not something i hold Dr wainberg responsible for obviously. His cancer was very advance, but i was very much a driving force in his care, a calm spouse to deal with considering and recently after having some time to grieve, i reached out to Dr wainberg to ask only one question about his death - a technical & medical question as he was the only person i had to ask. He did not respond. I found this disappointing as it shows that you really are just a number, and if your insurance isnt paying them, there isnt any real human care - or bedside manner.
