Dr. Zeyad Baker, MD

We had a appointment to see dr. Baker. First of all he gives appointments at 6 am. Most of the time for 18 months old children but that's not the problem. We were 15 mins late this time so, he refused to see us. But on our previous visits we were on time and he was 17 minutes late. So, we requested to be considerate. But staff would not pass the msg. So, I confronted him in hallways and told him most of the time you are late and we are considerate. He said "Dude you should find another dr." It was shocking to me that how can a dr. Be so arrogant. He has created huge corporate style business and does not care about patients, you are just a number. I think his success got over his head and he has attitude size of an elephant. He thinks he is the only pediatrician. He would not even spend full 10 mins with you while checking your children. And would focus more on training his trainees and talk to them more then you. Take my advice find other dr. Your child deserves caring care giver.

I have been visiting Dr. Baker since I was a child and the medical care that I receive has been incomparable. Dr. Baker is empathetic, kind, and knowledgeable. His flexibility and availability is unheard of, he has NEVER refused a visit at any time of need which is indescribable. He is always available via email/text as well! I want to obsess about my patient experience in the office with him and the other health care providers and express my gratitude to Dr. Baker and his staff. Thank you Dr. Baker, Riverside Medical Group for providing myself and I with the best medical care.

This Dr. is a jerk of a pediatrician I wouldn't recommend him to anyone and his Practice take 10 min just to answer the phone I even mentioned it to them they said they are phone issues a month later still the same thing this group practice doesn't work

Pleasant experience at the office with physicians and staff. Was told about the exam and â??objectiveâ?? data and got reassurance that growth and development were adequate, if not, ahead of expected. Also discussed what to expect over the next couple of months and always left with a follow-up plan of when to return and what symptoms should concerned me. Impressed that I had the doctorâ??s number and could text him with questions (or rashes!).

Dr. Baker is the best pediatrician that my children have ever seen. I have moved twice in the past 5 years and needed to switch doctors for them. His bedside manner is wonderful (my kids love him). He takes his time, has extensive hours at multiple different locations throughout NJ, and is always available (he gives you his cell phone number and says to text him with ANYTHING 24/7!!!!!!) So happy I've found him for my children.

The greatest decision I have ever made! I placed myâ?? child'sâ?? health and well being in the hands and care of Drâ??. Zeyad Baker, he cares for his patients as if they were his own child! I recommend him and his wonderful staff to anyoneâ??. I cannot tell you â??hâ??ow much trust I have in him and his professional judgement. Who could ask for anything more? I have never been turned away when walking in with my child without an appointment, they have no restrictions on walk ins, they are the only pediatric office that is open until 10pm in the state of New Jersey! Quality patient care and convenient office hours, all in one? Difficult to find nowadays. Highly recommend Dr. Zeyad Baker and his office staff. I wish there were more doctors like Dr. Baker!

LOVE Dr. Baker. We first saw him speak during my first pregnancy at one of the Hackensack Hospital classes we attended and we loved how straight forward and to the point he was. He also has a personality, a good one at that, which we also enjoyed. My son, now 15 months, has seen a ton of Dr. Baker because of being in day care and catching everything under the sun. I try to only see Baker as he is the best so I am willing to travel to his Secaucus, Hackensack, or Ridgewood offices. Btw the new Ridgewood office is so nice and never has any wait. I also try to get appointments first thing in the am so the wait is never an issue. Dr. Baker is so accommodating and never gets annoyed if you ask a million questions. He also gave us homework at each check up as to what we should be working on with our child which is also very helpful. He is always up on all the latest studies which we also love! He is always available as well to answer a question. I can't say enough great things about him and… I highly recommend him. You can see Dr. Baker just loves m his job and it shows.

I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS PRACTICE SINCE 2011 I USE TO SEE DR BAKER BUT NOW IM SEEING DR VALDIVIESO I LOVE HOW OUR DOCTOR EXPLAINS THE DIAGNOSIS OF MY CHILD SHE SPEAK SPANISH THAT FOR ME IS VERY IMPORTANT; THE MEDICAL ASSISTANTS GIVE THE VACCINE AND ALSO DO EAR PEIRCINGS THE FRONT DESK IS VERY FRIENLY AND KNOWLEGABLE THEY HAVE BEEN HELP ME WITH A LOT OF PAPER WORK BECAUSE I HAVE A SPECIAL NEEDS SON, THE WAIT TIME IS NO MORE THAN 10 MINUTES BUT WHAT I LOVE THE MOST OF IS THE OFFICE HOURS MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8AM TO 8PM AND SATURDAY 8AM TO 2PM AND IF I NEED ANYTHING ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY THE SECAUCUS OFFICE HOUR ARE OPEN EVERYDAY UNTIL 10 PM THEY ALWAYS ACCOMMODATE MY SON EVEN IF I DONâ??T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT I WILL LOVE TO RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE.

I took my son there and from the minute you walk in, you are treated with prompt service. Ahmal and Susie are exceptional and they attend to your every needs. Definitely recommend this office.

We love the office staff and my son is crazy about Dr. Z Baker. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are very technologically advanced. The wait time wasn't too bad either. They get you in and out pretty quick compared to other offices.
