Dr. Zhengyi Cheng, MD

I have high blood pressure for some years and Dr. Cheng have prescribed me medication for it, before he gave me a prescription for one year refill. Since last year he only prescribed monthly, which caused inconvenience, the worst thing was when pharmacy called his office for renewal , he has not respond at the time manner, the pharmacy and I had to call many times to get the medication refilled, it took him almost two weeks one time. This medication is for high blood pressure and I can get stroke for without medication for so long.

I've been seen Dr. Cheng for 4 years and he is an experience doctor except: 1) the office is always too busy and the time he spent with you is very limited; you do not feel that you have been treated well; 2) the staff have no medical related experience prior to the job; 3) very bad record management system especially with any type of the lab results/report from external sources (I've seen other patient's lab report messed up with my report. I have to give him or clinic a two star for the reasons listed above.

I eat Ramipril for years for High Blood Pressure. He prescribe me Lisinopril and said they are the same. Actually they are not and It not works. Now my blood pressure get so high and I have no way to reach Dr Chen by Phone, although I can talk to the office many times. Question: why you go other Drs. Answer: All Corvus are black.

The staff are not very professional and the most of them had non-medical experience prior to the job. They are okay to schedule an appointment. Their patient record management is horrible so check your diagnostic record carefully!!!

Very experienced. Worked in China before. Efficient as well, no bs. Not very warm hearted though- hence the 4 stars.
