Dr. Zhenrong Zhang, MD

Dr Zhang has been my primary provider since moving to the CSRA, and she is my favorite doctor of all the ones I have had so far. Her office secretary is polite and nice, even when she's obviously busy, and always returns calls. I've never had to wait too long for an appointment to see Dr Zhang when I need it, and the wait time in her waiting room is consistently the shortest wait time I've ever experienced with a doctor. Sometimes I have a little difficulty understanding the man who does initial vital signs before taking each patient to the exam room, due to his strong accent, but he's always very nice and he never seems annoyed or anything if I ask him to repeat. Dr Zhang is a person who is direct and to the point (but not rude), which I like, but she doesn't rush me; she spends time with me until I understand and feel that all my questions have been answered. Her approach to treatment tends to be conservative when it is safe and reasonable to be, but she also doesn't disbelieve me… or avoid treatment when it's needed. Labs can be done in office, which is convenient. Her practice is growing and she has moved to a bigger office, but hopefully it won't get too big to for her and her employees to continue providing the excellent service and care they currently do. I have recommended her to others more than once and I'm sure I will again.
