Dr. Zidrieck Parducho Valdes, MD

The doc himself is about fine, but the staff is one of the most horrendous ones you would come across in your lifetime. Not only do they lie, they make up reasons to not admit you on the fly. Never admit their own mistakes, have the audacity to follow up (without apologizing) to ask if you want to come back once an issue is resolved (on their end). Reminds me of Consuela from family guy. It's a "no" to anything you may have to say.

This doctor is very unprofessional. i have a prescription that needs to be corrected but the pharmacy has called and sent faxes to him to correct it and he does not respond. His office staff is worse - when I called the receptionist said if I do not like the doctor, I should go to another one!

Dr. Valdes really cares about his patients. Im so glad to have found him, he takes care of anything I need. Very accurate and professional.
