Dr Zoey Glick will be a waste of your time. Don't bother going to see her. Find another doctor.

Booked an appointment for last Thursday and it was back in the middle of November when I called and scheduled the appointment, well I thought it was scheduled but the person I spoke to on the phone kind of had a bad attitude and apparently just didn't feel like entering it into the computer. Once the phone call ended I remember thinking "wow that is a person who is burned out at thier job". Anyways I show up last Thursday for the appointment that I thought I had scheduled and nobody knew a thing about it and that was that, no attempt to reschedule me or anything. Waited 2 months, had to take off of work and burn a vacation day just for this.

Dr. Zoey Glick, Buffalo NY is the most disrespectful doctor that I have ever met! Very dismissive to my sons needs talks to us like a robot not an actual people. We only had 1 appointment and she wants us to to return too frequently, for what? Refuses to re-fill a prescription only a few months later, it’s just a cream. Will only refill if you come in for another appointment, ridiculous! Because we wanted more time until the next appointment she just dismissed us from her care entirely. She refused to talk to me I guess I’m too beneath her. This is a dermatologist that just doesn’t care and only wants to pocket your money, walk away!

Dr. Glick completely misdiagnosed my condition, then misdiagnosed the side effects, of which were very obvious if she had know the medicines. I later looked up one med and almost fell out of my chair with the side effects and how many I had of them. She prescribed 14 medicines within a 6 week period, several of which had other side effects. She initially diagnosed without more than a quick glance with the comments that x out of x number of doctors would say it was this instead of closely looking or performing a test, either of which would have told her the diagnosis was wrong. Even my pharmacist correctly diagnosed and explained the difference when I showed him after her treatment wasn't working. She caused me to have a major surgery postponed because my initial problem could have been cleared up within weeks of my scheduled surgery. When this happened, she decided to get aggressive with biopsies which showed her diagnosis was wrong and then she again said x number of x doctors would… have said the same. I prefer tests instead of guesswork on what other doctors would diagnose. I have since seen another dermatologist who gave me one medicine that has no side effects and immediately started healing the side effect that was causing so many problems. I have confidence now that my surgery won't be postponed again.

I was not previously very familiar with dermatologists before my visit. I now understand that some focus more on cosmetic procedures and others on more serious medical conditions. As I had a medical condition I was disoriented by an office that looked more like a spa than a doctors office. (If you are looking to have a cosmetic procedure done you will most likely feel more comfortable than I did.) Examining rooms are very small and felt claustrophobic. Pamphlet materials in the room were advertisements for cosmetic procedures. I had a problem in a sensitive area and Dr Glick did not set me ease in dealing with it. Worse, after dismissing my concerns about my condition gave me a diagnosis that made the problem worse for the next two months while still not addressing my presenting problem. I will not be returning.

I've seen many Dermotologists and Dr. Glick is hands down the best I've ever seen. She's very personable and takes her time to sit down with each patient. She has helped completely clear up my acne. I would recommend her if you like having one on one time with your doctor because she cares about each one of her patients.

I brought my teenage daughter to Dr. Glick and she now has 2 new patients. She not only helped my daughter clear up her acne, she is not my doctor for Botox and yearly mole checks. I appreciate her honesty and friendly warm demeanor.
