Basically she was very nice to our dad. We did not leave there feeling like the DR explained the seriousness and what the diagnosis was clearly to the patient. This is kind of just left on us, which he doesn't believe us!!!

This was one of our better visits with Dr. Stoilova. She showed active listening and I found that being in person for the visit instead of a remote visit really made a difference in our ability to communicate and understand body language and such. She listened and asked questions.
