Excellent medical care Wonderful staff!

I was pleasantly surprised by Dr Hajjaj. He took the time to talk to me and we covered a lot of ground as far as my health is concerned. I give him an A+I didn't feel rushed. My previous PCP always rushed. I felt like it was "Hurry up let's get this over with, leave the money at the front desk and get out of here."Thanks Doctor Hajjaj

I called about a month ago to make an appointment as a new patient. They never called back. So I went there.I told the receptionist I wanted to be a new patient - she asked if I had called first, I said yes, but didn't hear back. She told me if I had actually called then someone would have called me back 9basically accusing me of lying)- then pulled out a huge file folder of hand written phone messages, she leafed through this folder for about 15 minutes then finally came back to me and asked my birthdate, and said they would get back to me in 1-2 weeks.So I asked if they were accepting me as a new patient - she said the doc reviews each request and will get back to me (I dont know what would be reviewed, all she had was my name, phone and birthday)So I asked what is the likelihood of being accepted and if there was a waiting list or should I just go somewhere else - her reply was I cant tell you that due to patient confidentially. What does telling me if there is a waiting list have… to do with confidentially? I worked for a hospital for 5 years and never heard of this

I am thoroughly pleased with the medical treatment provided by Dr. Hajjaj and staff. They have made a seamless transition after taking over from the highly regarded Dr. Judith Recknagel. I feel quite fortunate to have a 1st Class physician like Dr. "Z" and a staff headed by Jennifer!
