He is a great doctor.

I just moved from another town and all the doctors I have been to give no time but this doctor is very knowledgeable and gives you time.He cares about you and I have referred him to my parents as well.

Very kind and caring doctor.He treats you like a patient and not a number.

New Patient- I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago, and I didn't receive a reminder call, so Instead I called to confirm the appt. I was told the doctor was unavailable and the appt needed to be rescheduled. I went ahead and rescheduled the appt, but I was rather annoyed that the staff didn't have the common courtesy to contact me to reschedule. The appt was rescheduled for the following week, same day and time of the week. Again, I didn't receive a reminder call, so I decided to call and confirm. I was placed on hold for over 10 mins, so I hung up and called again. The appt was then confirmed as scheduled. As I walked in the office, the lady at the front desk was unpleasant. The front desk staff seemed confused as to why I was there. I was told the doctor left for the day, and the office hours were 9:30-1pm. As you could imagine, I was extremely annoyed that I was scheduled for an appt when the doctor is unavailable. What I don't understand is to WHY was I scheduled at 2pm when… office hours ended at 1pm. I would understand if the appt was scheduled by mistake the first time around, but Twice. As I left the office, I couldn't help but wonder if the doctor/office manager are aware of the front desk staff being so Rude and Unprofessional. I scheduled this appt based on the reviews online. Big mistake!

He is an amazing doctor, excellent bedside manner, listens to you and knows what he is doing.

This is the most difficult,most frustrating doctor's office in the world; and not only are they flawed at sympathy or respect for the patient but they are also rude and ill mannerd( yes this is you Cindy and request coordinator. Thank you so much for such a sub par experience. To inform you I will be following up with whom ever needs to be contacted concerning your poor excuse of a medical office Thank you

Staff is lazy !!!! Natasha the supposed office manager has an attitude, has no compassion and complains about all the work she has to do. If she doesn’t like you she will delay paper work, referrals and bluntly lie and say insurance doesn’t cover. STAY AWAY!!!

This doctor tries to get by with his soft spoken personality. Tries to make you believe he is concerned but DOES NOT listen to the patients issues. He is extremely laxed to the detriment of the patient and has trained his staff that way. There is no sense of urgency in his approach!!! Stay away! Have him 1 Star because I could not proceed unless I chose a rating
