Dr. Zulma Cintron, MD

Rushes patients out and doesn’t answer all questions, gets flustered easily, nice with patients most time but staff is miserable because the Dr. Cintron treats them like garbage yelling at them and talking down to them on a regular basis. Valeria is the rudest nurse I’ve spoken to. Has a terrible attitude and is quick to get impatient and speak out of line.

somehow, she hijacked my sons name and has been harassing my family with phone calls and certified letters. Making fake appointments. threatening to charge us for cancelled appointments We have never heard of her till she started calling us. We have our own provider where we have been going to for years. We dont need that kind of dr around here.

Do not recommend!!!!!! You have to fill out about 50 pages of questions, to be In the room about 10 mins. She will go through the pages rapidly takes your pulse and shows you the door and bills insurance for a physical. No questions asked. Doctors now have no personal connection with patients but quick to get that money from insurance

Dr Cintron is the convenient GENERAL DOCTOR in my neighborhood and has refused to schedule a visit, prescribe me medication and cooperate with the Publix pharmacist in my neighborhood. I'm not that interested in being a police detective for the medical community when i'm simply trying to see a female doctor for what I believe to be is illness.

My father has no insurance and was looking for a doctor when a co-worker recommended her and my dad is very happy with her care and how she gave him resources as to lab places that offered packages for non insured patients.

My husband died in Maimi Fl. She was our doctor but she did not write a death certificate for 10 days!! I had to go to her office and was told she working on it.

Always late- up to three hours. Will not return calls about test results. She will have office staff to call in prescriptions and will not even call to tell you what the prescription is for. I can not recommend this physician. Very poor quality of care and no consideration of a patients time. She seems in a rush and will not let you finish giving your symptoms. Felt very disrespected and felt no caring from her.

her office staff has either a serious short attention span (doesn't return calls) or they are personally picking who they will help. I had symptoms last year that really scared me so I called to get in to the dr to see her. her staff assured me they would call me back to give me a time to come in and they not only never called, but when I tried to call back - I went to voicemail. This was a weekday when they were opened. I was appalled. I had to go to the Urgent Care. The dr is very nice but I will find another one who can take care of me when emergencies arise. So sad because I really liked her.

As a new patient I waited 90 minutes to be called back. The MA who triaged me went over my surgical history and after I informed her of my hysterectomy she then asked me if I could be pregnant. DUH! The Dr. spent 5 minutes with me, told me to get a mammogram. She did not give me info on where, when ,or even an order to have it done. I never returned and never heard from the office again.
