Our entire family have been patients of Dr. Pua and there isn't a better Dr out there. She is the best of the best! She is kind, generous patient and very caring to everyone. She takes the time to listen and gives you her very best each and everytime. What a true blessing to all of her patients.

Dr. Pus-Vines takes the time to listen and work with you in your treatment. She sees you as a partner in your own care. She explained the results of my tests. Her head nurse has a real attitude problem. Very combative and argumentative. Medical records? Your likely better of getting them yourself. It took over a month to get the results of my blood work to another doctor’s office. And when a third party facilitator called to request a referral for me to a specialist (part of my wellness benefits at work that’s supposed to save me time and effort) ... well that was two weeks ago. It’s been crickets. But if the doctor refers you to a specialist, the specialist’s office calls to schedule an appointment in just a couple days. So now I have to do myself since I have an appointment tomorrow.

Dr PuaVines is personable and caring about my health and takes special interest in how I'm feeling. Would recommend her to anyone!! Her nurses and staff are A

Dr.Pua-Vines is very caring, sweet and has great bedside manner. She spends time with you and is very thorough. She is very easy to talk to and laugh with like an old friend.

Drive a bit to use this practice but the confidence I place in this physician is very worth the drive. Consistently personal attention and helpful staff also. Office is exceptionally clean and I have never had a wait...never.
