Exceptional Care by Midwives and Nurses, but Heartless Billing Office I gave birth here in May 2025, and I cannot find enough words to thank the incredible nurses and midwives. Thanks to their professional and warm support, I felt safe and empowered throughout the entire process. They were so kind and helpful that I still miss them and truly wish I could see them again. They made my experience so special. However, the Billing Office has completely ruined these beautiful memories. Despite the fact that I was actively resolving an issue with my insurance, the billing department broke their promise to "hold" my case and sent a $4,800 bill to a collection agency without any warning. They also sent an anesthesia bill to collections without ever sending me a statement first. It is heartbreaking and deeply disappointing that such dedicated medical professionals' efforts are being overshadowed by a lazy, money-driven administrative system. Because of the billing office’s incompetence and lack… of care for patients, I cannot recommend giving birth here unless you are ready to fight a "billing war." The medical team deserves 5 stars, but the billing office deserves 0. It is a shame that a hospital this great treats its patients so poorly once they leave the delivery room.
