Dr. Tuan A Tran, OD

Dr. Tran's office provided horrendous customer service. After buying glasses with a prescription from this practice, my vision with the glasses was off. The glasses provider verified that the lenses matched the prescription and said that I should have the optometrist's office re-check to make sure the prescription was written correctly, as it was significantly different from an earlier prescription. At Dr. Tran's office, I explained the situation and had to make an appointment to re-check the prescription (despite the "walk-ins welcome"). I later received a text message informing me that there would be a $40 charge for the re-check because the prescription was over one month old (it was written six weeks ago). I asked if the fee would still be enforced if we discovered that it was their error, and they were adamant that it would have to be paid. Unbelievably illogical and insensitive customer service.
