I called to get a routine form signed and Deborah Horne and the other doctors refused to do so. Even though all it confirmed is that my son has a condition that they treated! When I call they refused to speak with me. Instead, they hid behind reception and just pass messages through them. Even when I explicitly asked to speak with the individual whom I've paid for services, Deborah Horne, I'm told that that is not possible. Disgusting. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor - find a provider who is willing to treat you like a human.
