Dr McDonough and Mobed are fantastic doctors. The past two years have been amazing mentally I never been better thanks to the both of them. As for the office and support staff its a nightmare. You can’t get a call returned to save your life. It got to the point I was looking for another practice. But the care the doctors provided I found unavailable anyway else locally. To top things off as of the first of the year. They stopped taking all Medicare advantage Plans. And several other insurance companies. This comes from the billing manager and I quote “ they don’t pay enough it’s a waste of time “ The part that verges on malpractice is I formally notify of this, on the 15Th of January. Giving me only less than 10 days to find a new psychiatrist and therapist. Be aware that this is apparently becoming more common among Psychiatrists offices. I found the best doctors I have ever had and the worst unethical practices in existence. "
