To whom it may concern; I am truly unable to express the degree of my disappointment/displeasure with the contact I have had with your organization to date. Having been in extreme discomfort for an extended period of time, I was seen at APM in Erie on 1/6/26 for an initial evaluation. It was determined at that visit that steroid injections might aid in some relief as was discussed with my PCP. I then made an appointment for injection therapy on 2/9/26. I attended the scheduled appointment to find I had not followed pre-treatment directions for fasting “that I had not received”. Apologies were offered for the mix up and appointment rescheduled for 2/18/26 at 8am to be the 1st in for treatment. Arrived at appointment early and office was empty. Receptionist came to counter around 7:45 and checked me in. At approximately 8:07 I asked what the delay was. I was told that prep was being done and that there was no physician in yet. I then left your facility believing that I’m… obviously not important enough for your services to be rendered to me as they were offered through appointment. Maybe my expectations are a bit high!?
