Atwal Eye Care

Went for an eye exam with Dr. Kim . Amazing doctor highly recommend. However the optical department to get glasses and contacts - the worst. I wanted to order contacts but the girl refused . She said I needed to make an appointment . Which i informed her i just left my appointment with the Dr. , it was made last year . Apparently there is no optometrist on duty , i said thats ok ill just take the script with me and go elsewhere . She refused to give me my script! Since when does atwal make you use the optometrist in their office . I didnt think you can make me get my eyeware at your location - that doesnt seem right . Sounds like i need to find a new dr.
