If you're looking for pulmonary care, I believe there are aspects of this practice that could benefit from improvement. My experience has been quite mixed; initially, I respected the staff and appreciated the quality of care. However, I've recently encountered situations that left me feeling undervalued, particularly when voicing my concerns or asking questions about my treatment. I think it would be beneficial for the practice to foster an environment where open communication is encouraged. For example, I would have appreciated the opportunity to meet and address misunderstandings rather than relying on secondhand accounts, which can lead to confusion. It's disheartening to see that words can be taken out of context, especially when there seems to be some miscommunication at play. I believe that enhancing transparency and engagement with patients can significantly improve the overall experience. I hope my feedback can contribute to a positive change for both the staff and future… patients.
