I've been in treatment for a long time and the billing department is atrocious they bill without receipts say they are mailing it and never do. They are thief's. They don't know how to print a bill they just take from the credit card on file with no recourse. For phony calls, once it took the nurse practitioner hours to return a minute call got a full session bill time after time. At least six or seven charges my credit card company had to shut them off. They just wanted to medicate people for the money not for individual reasons I a am a fully functioning human being. This practice is a no go.
