Doesn't this pracrtice realize people cannot reach them? You call and plug in an option and the AI robot tells you 66 is not a valid option when you only put in 6 and only 6 is showing. I've tried for days to reach them and have tried every option available and it's still saying option (double digits) is not a valid option!
