The Doctor I saw there is fantastic, but the Billing and Claims Department are incompetent...they send the insurance companies the wrong billing and claim codes, over bill you or double bill you, and when you try to get issues straightened out with them no one can be reached or they do not return your phone calls EVER or patient portal messages. Two months of trying to get billing and claims issues fixed and still not one thing has been done...ridiculous!
