I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at Cisca Pulmonary. The doctor spent less than five minutes with me, showed little interest in listening to my concerns, and offered no meaningful guidance. Despite ongoing symptoms, no follow-up testing was ordered to monitor my condition or evaluate any changes. Even more concerning, I was told I needed to see a cardiologist, but the doctor refused to provide a referral order — effectively blocking me from pursuing the care I was advised to seek. Since the appointment, no one has reached out, and repeated attempts to contact the clinic have gone unanswered. It’s nearly impossible to speak with a doctor or medical staff. The lack of follow-up, disregard for my health concerns, and complete breakdown in communication reflect a serious failure in patient care. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone who expects to be taken seriously or treated with basic professionalism.
